He holds Chartered Director status and is an accredited Company Secretary.
Don Moore MBA
Don has a passion for training and leadership development. He served for 7 years in HM Forces Army, qualified as a Physical Training Instructor and specialised in downhill and cross country skiing.
On leaving the Army he entered civilian life via Grand Metropolitan is a sales capacity and gradually made his way through the management hierarchy and enjoyed senior executive positions in FTSE 250 companies, before establishing his own training and development company.
Don has worked throughout the world on assignments for blue chip companies in the banking, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, media and IT industries.

Susan is a Professor and Fellow of Speech and Communication at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama based in the Barbican Centre in the City of London. Through her dynamic practical work, publications, lectures and radio programmes she is widely acknowledged as a leading authority on the subject. She has been working successfully in the business and corporate world both nationally and internationally for the past 20 years.
Susan is an experienced conference speaker and frequently does platform and video work for a wide range of organisations and occasions. Her client list is extensive and includes many of the world’s leading corporations.
